Multi-talented force of nature who commands the stage soaring through the air while playing her fiddle upside down. On the ground, she is the as a tour violinist for The Outsiders 1st National Tour and has been seen elsewhere in NYC on other Broadway stages and at venues ranging from MSG to Carnegie Hall.

Mollie SerenaEntangled Light (4th Floor - Sunset Stage)
A site-specific light sculpture that reflects on quantum vibration, perception, and the interconnectedness of space and self.

Sol KjøkPaintings (M1 – Last Frontier NYC)
Broadway Stages’ Artist-in-Residence on the M1 floor since 2014, Sol paints large-scale figurative abstractions that are at once highly physical and subtly metaphysical.

William Hartland & Company Cavalcade of Animation Shorts (2nd floor – Guesthouse Gallery)
Curated by animation professor Willy Hartland, this show features his award-winning New York City Sketchbook, as well as a selection of animated shorts made by some of his best students from Parsons and Sarah Lawrence College.

Join us for a relaxed, creative workshop where visitors of all ages can trace real wildflowers from the garden using special pencils and clear plexiglass sheets. A gentle, hands on way to connect with nature and art. No experience needed!

Rejin Leys and Priscilla Stadler - Mussel stencil printing on handmade paper (Creek Side)

Ribbed Mussels are coming back to the Creek! Join artists Rejin Leys and Priscilla Stadler as we team up to help you to make your own paper from junk mail pulp (yes, really!) If you like, add some dried Kingsland wildflowers and native plant bits to the mix. Then, stencil-print illustrations of native Newtown Creek mussels onto your handmade paper sheet!


Isa Dorvillier - Shade Canopy  (4th Floor – Middle Roof)

Join Newtown Creek Alliance Storyteller-In-Residence Isa Dorvillier to create a collaborative artwork in response to the legacy of extreme heat on the Creek. We will make cyanotype prints on fabric using contemporary and archival images and oral history excerpts, while reflecting on our own experiences of summer.
